LEVEL7(이하 “개발자”)는 모바일 게임 「물량막기 RPG」(이하 “게임”)를 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 게임이 어떤 정보를 수집하고 어떻게 사용·보관·공유하는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보

2. 제3자 서비스
- Google Firebase(인증, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) — 데이터는 Google Cloud 서울 리전(asia-northeast3)에 저장됩니다.
- Google AdMob — 보상형 광고. Google 광고 정책
- Google Play 결제 / Apple App Store 결제
개발자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고 위 목적 외로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
3. 보관 기간
계정이 유지되는 동안 보관하며, 계정 삭제를 요청하면 30일 이내에 삭제합니다. 결제·환불 기록은 관련 법령(전자상거래법 등)이 정한 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
4. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보 열람·정정·삭제와 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 게임 설정의 문의 또는 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 계정과 게임 데이터는 게임 설정 › 계정 삭제에서 즉시 지울 수 있으며, 게임을 이용할 수 없으면 계정 삭제 요청 페이지를 이용해 주세요. 광고 개인화는 기기 설정(광고 ID 재설정·맞춤 광고 해제)과 게임 설정의 광고 개인정보 옵션에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.
5. 아동
게임은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 보안
모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)되며, 결제·재화 처리는 서버에서 검증합니다.

LEVEL7 (“we”) operates the mobile game “Wave Block RPG” (the “Game”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use, keep and share it.
1. Information we collect
- Account identifiers: Firebase Authentication user ID (guest/anonymous); if you link Google or Apple, that account's identifier and email — for sign-in, cloud save and recovery.
- Game data: nickname, progress, items, rankings, arena records, friends, mail — to run the Game and its social features.
- Chat: town channel messages and nickname — to show chat to players in the same channel and handle reports.
- Purchases: store transaction ID, product, time and status (we never receive card or payment details) — to deliver items and handle refunds.
- Device and usage: device model, OS/app version, platform, session times, error reports, usage statistics — for stability and fraud prevention.
- Advertising ID: Google Advertising ID / IDFA (iOS, if allowed) — rewarded ads by Google AdMob.
- Push token: Firebase Cloud Messaging token — notifications (can be turned off in device settings).
- Support: messages you send through in-game support.
2. Third parties
Google Firebase (data stored in Google Cloud Seoul region), Google AdMob (Google ads policy), Google Play Billing and Apple App Store. We do not sell personal data.
3. Retention
Kept while your account exists; deleted within 30 days after a deletion request. Purchase and refund records may be kept as required by law.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction at any time via in-game support or the email below. Ad personalization can be changed in device settings and in the Game's ad privacy options. You can delete your account and game data at once in Settings › Delete account, or use the account deletion request page if you can no longer open the game.
5. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
